How to use E-Devlet?
For using E-Devlet first you need either go to website or download the app.
After having it. You need an account at it. You cannot create account directly because first you need to go to any near Ptt office and they will create a Password for you. It will cost 5₺.
You will receive your password on your mobile number. So make it sure you have a Turkish mobile number before going to the PTT.
Now you can log-in into your account by using phone number and password. You can change the password after that as well.
